shipping info/FAQs

**I value everyone's time therefore my goal is to ship your orders within the processing timeframe I've set for my shop. However, please know that there may be delays in shipping and delivery that are completely out of my control. If you have questions regarding your order or any issues/concerns you'd like to raise, please email me by using the contact form or at Please be respectful of me and the post office workers. And, remember that this is not Amazon with fast shipping time >:)

When will my order be shipped? Between 5-7 business days. Processing time will vary depending on the volume of orders and my work schedule. If my processing time needs to be extended, I will update my store announcement banner. Once you receive the tracking number, it will be dropped off at the post office within 1-2 business days. Please be patient with me as I'm the sole operator of my small shop.

Where is my order shipped from? All orders are shipped out of Itasca, Illinois.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

US domestic orders: Orders typically take 5-7 days. Most orders tend to be delivered sooner than that.

International orders: Can take anywhere from two weeks to two months.

What is the difference between processing time and shipping/delivery time? Processing time is how much time I need to get an order ready to ship once an order is submitted by the customer. Shipping time is the amount of time a package will take to reach its intended destination.

How are orders packaged? Prints will be shipped in stiff flat mailers with cardboard backing to prevent bending. Smaller individual items such as small prints and stickers will be packed in a small flat mailers with cardboard backing.

Is tracking included? Yes. Orders automatically include tracking unless you select First Class Mail at checkout. First Class Package comes with tracking while First Class Mail does not. However, it is a great option if you want to spend less on shipping!

Do you ship internationally? Yes. International orders will be sent via USPS First Class or Priority mail (cheapest). Customers are responsible for any additional custom/duties fees.

I received the wrong items and/or my items have arrived damaged, what do I do? Please contact me by utilizing the contact form or at with a photo of your damaged or incorrect order, and I can either replace it for free or you can request a refund. I'm happy to work with you to find a solution!

My package said it was delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do? I always strongly recommend that you double, triple, quadruple check your address prior to checkout. I will not be responsible for reshipment costs if the order was delivered to an incorrect address. Moreover, you will be charged a redelivery fee if the package is returned from an "insufficient" address.

If your address is correct, check with your neighbors to ensure that your mailperson did not deliver the package to the wrong house/address. Wait at least two days after the tracking has been marked as delivered, as the workers sometime accidentally mark packages as delivered. I always recommend filing a missing package report on the USPS website. They will need to open a case and investigate the situation further. If the USPS is still unable to help, please email me at
