shipping policies/FAQs
**I value everyone's time therefore my goal is to ship your orders within the processing timeframe I've set for my shop. However, please know that there may be delays in shipping and delivery that are completely out of my control. If you have questions regarding your order or any issues/concerns you'd like to raise, please email me by using the contact form or at raisa@kikopaints.co.
When will my order be shipped? Between 5-7 business days. Processing time will vary depending on the volume of orders and my work schedule. If my processing time needs to be extended, I will update my store announcement banner. If your order has a tracking number, it will be dropped off at the post office within 1-2 business days. Please be patient with me as I'm the sole operator of my small shop.
Where is my order shipped from? All orders are shipped out of Des Plaines, Illinois.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
US domestic orders: Orders typically take 5-7 days. Most orders tend to be delivered sooner than that.
International orders: I am currently not fulfilling international orders but hoping to include this in the future.
What is the difference between processing time and shipping/delivery time? Processing time is how much time I need to get an order ready to ship once an order is submitted by the customer. Shipping time is the amount of time a package will take to reach its intended destination.
How are orders packaged? Small individual items such as stickers, sticker sheets, or small prints are packaged using a flat 5.25" x 7.25" envelope OR using a rigid 6"x9" rigid envelope depending on the volume of each order.
Is tracking included? Tracked packages will be available if purchased at checkout. Otherwise, small orders automatically select untracked shipping for you.
I received the wrong items and/or my items have arrived damaged, what do I do?Please contact me by utilizing the contact form or at kikopaints@yahoo.com with a photo of your damaged or incorrect order, and I can either replace it for free or you can request a refund. I'm happy to work with you to find a solution!
My package said it was delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do? I always strongly recommend that you double, triple, quadruple check your address prior to checkout. I will not be responsible for reshipment costs if the order was delivered to an incorrect address. Moreover, you will be charged a redelivery fee if the package is returned from an "insufficient" address.
If your address is correct, check with your neighbors to ensure that your mailperson did not deliver the package to the wrong house/address. Wait at least two days after the tracking has been marked as delivered, as the workers sometime accidentally mark packages as delivered. I always recommend filing a missing package report on the USPS website. They will need to open a case and investigate the situation further. If the USPS is still unable to help, please email me at raisa@kikopaints.co.
